Brew # 8 - Extra Body Amber Ale
Repeating my amber ale, but adding dry malt extract for more body
Amber Ale closed transfer
I attempt to transfer my Amber Ale from Fermus to keg using pressure (closed transfer)
Brew 3 and 4 first tastes
Tasting of the stout leads to tasting of the amber ale to check for clove flavours
Brew 5 Dry Hopping
With trub collection finished, I'm now ready to try dry hopping via the collection bottle.
Brew # 5 - Morgan's Amber Ale
New brew, new fermenting vessel, new process. This time I'm brewing Amber Ale in my new Fermentasaurus.
